Zambezi is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 2 years experience in a project management role at a creative agency. The position requires an all-hands-on-deck attitude – someone with a proven ability to prioritize, multitask and manage multiple projects and people simultaneously. Must be extremely organized, process-oriented and a key communicator.
OVERVIEW OF ROLE:
Leads all projects across all media within a brand or brands ensuring the full team is in communication by providing updates to, or sharing potential issues/ﬁnding resolutions with, that larger team. Makes sure no projects fall by the wayside and serves as a link for the campaign or brand and all of the people that work on the many projects within each. Leads project through creative development until concept is approved by the client, continuing until mechanicals/scripts/storyboards/animatics are both internally and client‐approved, makes sure the project stays on track once the producer begins to manage the production‐portion, until the ﬁnal deliverable is tracked/shipped by the appropriate party and then live/on‐air/printed/ posted.
Print production experience a plus, but not mandatory.
